Yoki started her yoga journey in 2017 and obtained the Yoga Alliance Certified RYT 200-hour qualification at PRAJNA YOGA. She has also equipped herself with additional teacher training in Aerial Yoga, Hammock Spinning and Singing Bowl (Level 1). Yoki encourages others to practice Yoga as she deeply believes that Yoga offers a variety of benefits for both physical and mental health.
Yoki’s teaching focus on correct and safe alignments. She enjoys inspiring her students to find stillness in every breath and discover their best selves, helping them to understand their body and build connections between the mind, body and soul.
