Etiquette

In order to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from the activities we offer at our Yoga Training Centre, we ask that all students adhere to the following rules:

  • No Shoes allowed inside the studio.
  • No eating inside the studio.
  • Turn off your Mobile (yes, even the buzzer)
  • Please don’t step on other’s mats.
  • Wear comfortable cloth.
  • Maintain Silent during the class.
  • Try not to eat a full meal before the class, give yourself at least 2 hr to digest.
  • Leave the class room as soon as the class is over, so that the class room can be clean up.
  • Make sure to keep hydrated by drinking water both before and after class.
  • Please arrive 10 to 15 min before your class start.
  • Check in at the reception desk before going into the class even if you sign up online.
  • Grab the props you need at the beginning of the class and keep them place near your mat and out of the way of others.
  • Prajna Yoga will not responsible for loss or damage of locker contents. Daily lockers are not for overnight use.
