  • APM:-Asana(Posture), Pranayama(Breathing), and Meditation
  • Adv.Hatha :- Advance Hatha Yoga (suitable for regular practitioners only)
  • Yoga Swing :- Yoga with Hammock (Require saparate package)
  • HPS:-Half Primary Series
  • H.Vinyasa:-Hatha Vinyasa(Flow)
  • B:- Beginners level Classes
  • M:- Multi-level Classes (require at least 3 months of regular yoga practice)
  • I:-Intermediate Classes (require at least 3 to 6 months of regular yoga practice)
  • All Classes are 60 min, unless mention in the schedule
  • Classes and Instructors might be changed without prior notice
  • Please arrive 10 min before the class starts
  • Book Your Classes Online (or)  Call 2371 2515
  • For Cancellations, please notify us 4 hours before classes start so that seats can be allotted to waitlisted members
  • Prajna yoga will be closed when Typhoon no.8 or above/black rain is hoisted
  • Prajna yoga open 7 days a week.Announcement will be made if the centre is closed on certain Public holiday,e.g. the Chinese Lunar New Year
  • The Centre is closed 30 min after the last class is finished everyday
